I like that we are able to choose the days we want to work and also how many days we can be available to work. At first I wasn’t sure about working a short four hour shifts but have found that I like this timeframe per shift. I like that more hours are available if we want them. I appreciate that we don’t have to ask for time off a month in advance, which is something required at my other job. I feel a sense of accomplishment and feel appreciated by my clients and the company.
