What do you like about Senior Helpers?

Everyone on the Senior Helper's central staff is super nice and responsive. During new hire orientation Moire Hayes spends quality time training her caregivers and that is a definite plus.
Leslie works hard to fit her team of caregivers with the right clients.
I've worked for several other agencies in the past and I've chosen Senior Helpers as my agency employer.

What do you like about Senior Helpers?

Very friendly and helpful staff. For the position I am in it is great to have Moire to answer questions when I am not sure what to do for the client, like the one today. I don't know her (Joan) because she is not a regular but needed help. So we figured out a plan to help her with her illness recovery. The schedulers do a great job of getting jobs scheduled and info on clients sent to us. Payroll goes pretty well.. and everyone stays calm. I feel I am well supported by a team of calm professionals!!
