I like how the office staff is organized, I have worked with other companies where it was hard to get ahold of a scheduler. I like that I can view my schedule online and pick up shifts when needed. No one pressures you to pick up hours, they give incentives, but never chastise you for not picking up an open shift. Everyone in the office is knowlegeable and helpful.

Everyone or most are very friendly,I feel I could talk to most of them if I had a problem.I enjoy talking to them when I pick up my check.Don’t see them often,I feel most in the office are sincere and caring people like me.😀They call me by name and are friendly to me.Most anyway, Ha. I would recommend working for them,just yesterday gave a girl Senior Helper card,which I keep on hand. So she may be coming in about a job. And I always mention I I also work for Senior Helpers.They have been kind and understanding to me,when I had to have my authors. Cher. pick up my check

Flexibility
The only thing I would do different is offer polo shirts along with tee shirts, some ppl don't like to wear tee shirts. Also when the weather is in the 100s let them wear black capri's instead of black pants. I love working here, and I recommend your place of employment all the time 😀👍
I like that they seem on top of things. They were ahead of things with the Coronavirus with PPE readily available. The office staff is professional. I appreciate that they check in on us which, I’m sure, could alleviate any problems in the workplace. The online training was high quality.
