I like the flexibility of hours that fit best into my schedule. If I want to work more it is fun filling in as a sub and getting to meet other clients that Senior Helpers work with.
They care about people. they are good to their employee's. When we need time off they do not even hesitate to give it to us and they don't make us feel guilty for taking the time off.
All the clients I visit have nothing but good things to say about their experience as a Senior Helper client. And I have worked for other companies where it is actually embarrassing to say i work there. We are appreciated as employees so we love our job and take good care of our clients.
