I like the fact that Senior Helpers really care about me as an employee by showing their appreciation often. They thank us for our contribution to providing excellent caregiving services by hosting events and showering us with gifts and prizes. They offer us incentives to motivate us to take on last minute shifts and are always pleasant and polite. Even though the extras are only a bonus to make coming to work more fun and enjoyable is it Senior Helpers accomplished background, well-known name, and their mission to provide the best aides and caregivers to care for the elderly as if they are family is my ultimate reason for liking SH loving being apart of such an amazing company.
