What I like about senior helpers is they are very understanding and flexible with schedules

I like a lot of things about being a caregiver for senior helpers. It’s a very rewarding job in the sense that you’re making someone’s life a little less lonely and a little easier to manage daily tasks. I do like that the scheduling is flexible to work around me being a full time mother. I don’t have a support system or family to help me with my children so it’s a win win for me to be in this position where I have some control over my days I do and don’t work. I also really like how efficient the women in the office are. They always get back to me asap and I’m always being offered shifts
