Taking time to ease meeting with the clients for the first time by sending someone from the office who have met with the client and is able to introduce the caregiver and the client on care needs and the environment of the client. This is very reassuring.

The main thing I have adored about Swnior Helpers is the accessibility and availability of on call Caregivers. The idea that the client can be covered in case of an emergency or call out, from the primary Caregiver is great. I have an 97 year old client and when I was unable to work due to personal reasons Senior Helpers stepped right in and provided above and beyond excellent services. She was never without assistance and help unless she wanted to.
I love the way they work with you on your availability for work. I also like the way they try to keep you close to home. I also love how they answer the phone and try to solve the issue on the spot or get you to someone who can resolve the issue without prolonging or leaving it unresolved. Senior Helpers is just a wonderful place to work.
