It's easy to communicate with the Staff. They are always there in case you have a question and ready to help you.
My shift at this particular time starts early but I don't have any problem in connect with the person on call.
I am available only from 8am till 3pm because I give my wife prior to 8am a ride to work and in the afternoon I have to pickup her as well, but I have never had as I said any problems with the schedules. I have been with Senior Helpers since 2019. I feel very proud in representing the company with our clients and have never had a problem.
The office environment is friendly and communicates well with each other, clients, and caregivers. Scheduling needs are handled quickly.

I have worked for Senior Helpers since 2019. I think and I believe it's a wonderful idea to take care and assist patients that require help specially those that are up in age and neglected or simply in need of companionship.
During these 6 years I have met incredible human beings and not only assist them with their needs but also learned a lot from them, made new connections.
The Staff at Senior Helpers do an incredible job as well keeping in touch with the Helpers and take care of Emergencies as they arise.

Senior Helpers is a very professional company. I have known them since November 2019.
The training the Helpers have before they are allowed to visit Senior Homes is excellent and because of that as a Helper have not only taken care of Seniors but developed trust as well patient and their Families friendships
