I love the way we get to take care of different people and everyone is interesting in their own way. Its really nice to work for the owners and not a third party, they really try to accommodate us and get us work. I love the Menger Program. It is a great way to get people help when they don't know what they want yet. I have people ask me all the time what will we do. Its nice to be able to say, we can figure out what's best for You. A great way to ease in to making people feel comfortable with outside help, and then it can blossom after that. I think its a wonderful idea😁
