Shaylyn did a great job making our youngest son comfortable for his first haircut. She went so far as to ask one of the other hair dressers (Amanda or Ashley?) to run and grab some Timbits from the nearby Tim Hortons as a treat for him. Service was over and above what I would have expected and the haircut looked good too. Will definitely go back.
