Had never been before! My 3 year old desperately needed a cut and they were open for 20 more minutes and they took us in and it went well! He was nervous for his first salon cut and the sweet girl who cut it made him comfortable and made him talk and laugh alot.she did well considering he moved a lot!

I like the pricing and I like the MVP. That said, if it's really busy and a lot of people waiting they should say no to MVPs. Nothing sucks more than 8 people lined up for a haircut and some dude is in the massage chair getting his hair washed.
