The service has improved our hard water issue. My only complaint, which I hope has now been remedied, is recieving notice of your delivery a day before you arrive. I received the email in Feb when I was out of town, and thanks to those individuals I talked to, I recieved a schedule of deliveries in my area. Now, they are on the calendar so I will be sure not to schedule anything to conflict. Perhaps that should be sent to all customers? The young men who serviced my home this past week, were courteous and efficient.
Delivery. Also wish the guys waited a couple more minutes for me to get down the basement steps. They were halfway down the driveway when I got to garage and had to bring the bags in by myself with a hand truck. Haven't put in tank yet. I cannot lift 40 lb. Bags high enough to fill tank have to put in small buckets. My problem. However, I would've rather they did it. That's not their problem, they just have to deliver the salt. Thankyou.
