The knowledge of having this service available when emergencies arise was brought to the forefront yesterday. Randy was so competent at keeping First name removed calm when my daughter had to take me to the emergency room after a fall yesterday. My other daughter lives two and a half hours away and Randy stayed with First name removed until she could get here. First name removed tends to get scared when I am gone for a long period of time and gets very agitated. Randy was able to distract him and keep him calm and get him dinner which was a blessing for me. My daughter told me when I got home that First name removed was doing very well when she arrived. Having Randy here to take care of First name removed while I was in the ER made the situation so much less stressful for me and my daughter while we were waiting to be seen.
