Primarily, the two women that provide First name removed’s care, are great: Margaret (5 days a week) & Anna (2 days a week).
The primary weak area is that sometimes communication isn’t as good as it could be.

Everything! We very impressed by immediate response and that the owner Pete came to our home everytime a different helper was scheduled to introduce them to us and to see if there were any different needs we may have. They were very attentive to our needs and were very professional and the same to the reps on the phone when we called in.

I am ever so happy with the service I have been receiving. The first care giver was not a fit for my husband. So, you sent me Agnes. She's heaven sent! My husband is so happy to see her and she just comes in and I feel like I have known her for years. I will refer this service with out a question.

Friendly and helpful office staff. For the most part the caregivers were great, where there was a problem it was usually resolved quickly by Pete and Connie. They did provide a needed service for my mom which grew progressively difficult in the last months.
