I am very impressed by how the South Shore Senior Helpers organization operates when there is an emergency. There is no avoidance just action and accountability. The owner is available, knowledgeable, and action oriented. This has not been my experience at other caregiving agencies. Flexibility, accountability and competency are things I highly value and they are absolutely critical when caring for a person with late stage alzheimers. I would highly recommend them.
