The ladies who do the caregiving are compassionate and do a good job. I prefer there always be a good sub when a cancellation is needed, or a “call off”. That has been a problem sometimes. I have oriented more folks than I care to in just a month. That seems to be settling down now. I like it better, as does my husband, when we have just 2 or 3 a week and they are the same ones. Otherwise the staff has been helpful and respectful.
