Each and every care provider who has taken care of my 80 yr. old aunt with dementia has been wonderful. It's clear to me the screening process Senior Helpers uses to employ care providers uses a very high standard. Each person genuinely cares about my aunt, and exhibits empathy, respect, consideration and patience in abundance. Most have said they genuinely love working with seniors who need assistance and/or to provide simple, but also critically important, companionship. All have been faultlessly reliable. The scheduler, Daniel, is great as well. He works hard to ensure there is always coverage, is very professional and just a really kind, thoughtful person. My aunt has care providers 7 days a week - there has never been a day that has been missed. That is peace of mind for our small family, something greatly appreciated.
