We love the constant communication! It feels like we’re not being ignored but taken care of by the staff if we have any issues or concerns. They are friendly and supportive. We love Miss Sheila- Dad’s caregiver! She’s always on time! Does her routine and enjoys taking care of Pop!
I have the best ladies taking care of my husband. Not only have they taken care of him, when I fell & broke my leg, they were right there for me also. I also like that there are checkups by staff to see how things are going. My husband is starting to decline and not cooperate as much but the ladies still treat him with dignity and try to get him to participate in games etc that OT has given them when they were still here. Due to the nature of his dementia, he just does not have the will power any longer. But they continue to try and they help to keep my spirits up. So not sure what u were looking for but I myself give Senior Helpers 5 stars for the help, care, kindness, love and most of all great workers. Thanks for a job well done.

Flexibility and their kindness
Right from the start, the care giver assigned was a perfect match. Not only does she assist my dad, but because of her experience, she suggests changes that I would never think of to improve his care. She's taken many responsibilities off my daily workload and improved my life along with my dad's life.
The back office support staff is truly value add - easy to communicate with, flexible, willing to go the extra phone call or email to make sure the client and their family are served well.
