Overall, Senior Helpers are helpful and responsive to my needs. They have made efforts to resolve any problems I've had with my caregivers, and several of their Helpers have been absolutely wonderful! I've had some issues with the billing department, but in general Senior Helpers have been good to work with.
The health care worker is punctual and conscientious, all while being inconspicuous and extremely respectful.

they offer a variety of services for the senior citizen community. If the worker does not fit your needs, then you may change. any availability timewise is great. Dealing with sickness, things can happen anytime of day or night.
