Communication with office staff/managers has significantly improved. Caregivers arrive on time and are consistent. Each CG has uniquely improved my mother’s daily life. CGs are caring and patient even when my mother is having a difficult day. We leave for work not worrying if a caregiver will show up which has taken a lot of stress away. It is a good feeling having that peace of mind. We appreciate Senior Helper’s for the care provided for my mother.
