Great teachers and classes!
The environment is welcoming and the teachers are always available to chat about form, modifications, etc before and after class. Even though the class is paced with choreography, there's always the option to go at your own speed, which is great.

Everything, the fast but flexible pace of the workouts (do what feels right style - no one is correcting or judging you if you are using lighter weights or modifying the push-ups :) ). I love how you can get your cardio, stretching and build muscle all in one 45 or 60 min workout while also sweating (Yoga Sculpt is my favorite). The music is amazing too! Please don't change a thing about these classes.
Caroline Witt was an amazing instructor! She is energetic and positive throughout the entire session and encouraged me and the others in the class! I would definitely recommend attending any class she leads!
