I like how many time options there are for classes before and after work, how friendly the staff is, and the overall pace/flow of the classes.
I haven’t been to another location but I absolutely love this one. The staff are fantastic and always so helpful / encouraging. The classes leave me feeling empowered, strong, grounded and ready to take on whatever challenges come my way. I am a new mom and CorePower Yoga and this place got me back into a workout routine and feeling confident in myself and my body again. Thank you for everything!

Top level workouts! Have never walked away not dripping in sweat and am always feeling energized and pumped about my workout. Completely obsessed with the sculpt yoga class. Missy especially has been the best instructor!

Love core power yoga
I absolutely LOVE LOVE core power yoga, way more than I ever expected I would. I love group classes and used go to different ones all around NYC. However, once I found core power it became hard to go to any other class. Everyone that works there is so incredibly lovely and I continue to be impressed that they are ALL able to remember my name!

CorePower is the absolute best! The yoga style is both relaxing and a great work-out. The class-leaders are all consistently amazing no matter what studio you go to. I was THRILLED when core-power came to NYC as I couldn’t find anything else that compared after moving from Denver several years ago. Great job core-power!

I like how the instructions are so welcoming. They make you feel like you've been one of them for a while since forever but at the same time they are very respectful asking students beforehand if they would like hands on assistance which I think is great. All the staff is amazing!

I love Core1! Definitely, challenging but a great class.
I really appreciate the 5:30 am sessions. Additionally - I think it's best when the classes are dimmer in the 5:30 am morning sessions because there are less people and yogis feel less self-conscious.
