The staff is so friendly and helpful! Our dog, Oreo, doesn't go here often but when he does the staff remembers him and they always make him feel welcomed. I also like that I can check up on him through the cameras. He is always well cared for when we go out of town. I believe the package prices are very affordable.

I love the cameras so we can check in on our dogs. Seeing their tails wagging told us they had adjusted and were happy. The employees were all helpful, very friendly to our dogs and took great care on our four legged buddies. We will definitely use Camp Bow wow again for our boarding needs.

I really like the kind staff and the amount of time they give the dogs to play together and tired each other out. Many other kennels give the dogs no playtime or only one short walk per day for enrichment. Here, I know my dog will be happy and tired by the time she settles down for the night. And even in her small room, she can see other dogs and not feel entirely alone. I also like that I can check in on my dog through the camper cam if I miss her while I'm traveling.

This facility so far is the rock star location - my dog even loves the place - they are very considerate and concerned about my baby like I am and it shows with all the staff members I have come in contact with - the first time he went there I saw the difference which is why I made them my favorite location - I only go somewhere else when they don’t have any availability. I even plan on relocating to be nearer to their facility soon.

Our dog Winston loves going to camp!! He is so excited once we arrive, races to the door, greets the staff with a giant grin, with paws up on the counter, and happily leaves me in the dust. He never readily goes anywhere without his mama, except here. The staff are amazing, and it’s obvious they really care for the dogs. It’s awesome that Camp Bow Wow has live video feeds of the play yards, so dog moms and dads can check in on their loved ones. We appreciate you guys!! Glad to have a safe place for our boy to play and be entertained while my husband and I work.

The team at Diablo Valley were so helpful in helping acclimate our furry one into the setting. My pup was super nervous and I wasn't sure if she would be able to join the pack, but the staff were very patient and consistent with her and now seems excited to go to Camp!
