I loved that Heather took her time and really paid attention to detail! She made sure to focus on the areas I highlighted, but still took amazing care of the rest of my home. There wasn’t a noticeable chemical scent afterwards, which was greatly appreciated as I’m sensitive to smell and have a pet in my home. The quality of customer service during the process is unmatched too! I will definitely be using Merry Maids again.

I would like to note Errin's ability to just see what special issue needs attention and in her thoughtful way will say, "Would you like me to do so and so..?" Or "Shall I clean the ... today?" I appreciate her intuitive sense of what task is important on a given day.

I love the ease of being able to book cleaning. This is the second time Emma has been able to come to my house and clean. This time the main focus was the refrigerator and she did an excellent job.
