Attentive to detail, accommodating to what your wants/needs are, reasonably priced for the services they provide. I used their service for pre-move in cleaning for the new construction home I just closed escrow on and I was pleased with the quality of work that John and Jake did and their courtesy to me. The cleaners have, in my experience, have been both professional and pleasant, listening and accomplishing whatever they are asked to do. But if there is nothing special, they do the work very well on their own.
