Excellant and timely service
Overall my house was cleaned well. Not satisfied with: lamp on end table not cleaned behind, still had grease splatters on range back where temp shows, bottom front of electric fireplace still shows some dust. Products used were ok.
Melissa did an incredible job. I highly recommend. Please set up a system that allows for more protective payment for the customer.
Dawn is great. She is quick and thorough. I think the products she uses are great. The mirrors and shower doors are streak free , which is hard not to do with some products.

My home had a nice scent. The bath tub on the 2 nd floor had this faint black that would appear and hard to get rid of. The solution that was used cleaned it up. Not sure what you use but it was fantastically clean.
Always clean on schedule and never cancel. Ladies are pleasant and write down my requests for future use.

Cleaning workers were bilingual in English. They did a very good job with a very challenging apartment. I have no opinion as to the specific cleaning products, but the results were very satisfactory.

I have had a great Team of two. They know what I like and come with “their system.” They clean in a proficient and professional way. My experience has been great so would highly recommend Merry Maids
Samantha was the lead in her team. They did an awesome job. Worked very well together and worked extremely hard to get our home cleaned. They literally touched every surface we spoke about. My husband and I were very pleased with the results and would use them again. Very satisfied!!!

The maids have been with us several years .. 7/8 years . I have never been dissatisfied. I have my favorites..Jen ,for sure .. but they all are great. We leave overseas and come back and forth .When I let Marc know ,the house is so fresh and clean to come into .The bed has fresh sheets ,bathrooms sparkling ., I would definitely recommend them , one day they were short,obviously and Marc came in.🤩🤩🤩🤩

I was pleased with the amount of things done in the time the one representative did. I was expecting two person team to keep me from having to keep my dogs away from their home.
If another type of floor cleaner is available I would like to try it. My floors had a film on them that was tacky.
