Scheduling is consistent. Only occasionally is there an unavoidably lengthy delayed service, and any change I have had to make was accommodated with no trouble.
Service is always excellent by pleasant and efficient teams, especially the "regular" team of Lisa and Mary, They ask for any aspect that needs special attention and adjust anything that needs further work after my final inspection.

I like the fact that the staff is reliable. You rarely request a reschedule, so I can always count on coming home to a clean house as scheduled. When I request that our standard date be moved, you are happy to accommodate. The staff does a great job of cleaning, and it's wonderful to come home to the smell of a clean house. Thank you!

I loved how the tile shined and the house smelled clean and crisp, but I couldn't smell scent masking odors, just clean. It was amazing how clean the whole house was from top to bottom.

I have been with you for over 25 years. However, it has taken so much time to make sure the maids know my requests of what I like in cleaning. You are faithful in showing up and basically do a good job. Need to remind of things to be done on a quarterly basis, but never get done without my phone calls.

We love MM, our house is clean, the cleaners MM’s best asset, great people.
I am a huge fan and hope to arrange regular service. This last visit they forgot to clean the oven :-( which is basic to the kitchen but other than that they were super good. It is amusing to see the way they replace items lifted for dusting; often I like THEIR placement better than mine!
