The team arrived on time and immediately went to work. I like the detail and effort that the ladies put towards cleaning. My home was left smelling sanitized and everything was neat. The floors were cleaned very well and the bathrooms and showers were cleaned very well. The kitchen was also cleaned well overall I am pleased with the services that I received and I’m planning to make another appointment soon.
Last time Kayle was here alone, she worked hard and did a good job. I was pleased with her!
It would be nice of they had little dollar store trash bags to put back in the smaller trash cans in each room after they take them out. Also pull the blinds back down after cleaning the windows. Little inconveniences but they matter after an otherwise great service.

Cleaning the floors is the most important part of housekeeping for me.
There is a minimum of:
(1) using a cleaning agent and water, and
(2) using clean water to “rinse”.
That is how to mop a floor properly. Soap it up and rinse it clean. And a second rinse if your water isn’t clean after initial rinse.
Additionally, to vacuum a rug, you must allow the vacuum to stay on, ie an 8x10 rug longer than four minutes.
Floors are important!!!!!!
