We have been very pleased with the service that we have received. We opened our accounts when we lived in Birmingham, Alabama. We moved to Michigan in 2017. It has not been a problem at all not having a "branch" nearby. We are able to conduct all banking business via phone and email. It is very convenient.

The way the team goes after an issue and doesn't stop until it is resolved. We always put the client first as we should. One thing I have noticed, with my experience of working at other financial institutions, I very seldom hear of any client being unhappy with OCB. I am sure there may be a few that I have not heard about but for the most part, our clients seem to be very happy with OCB.
