The sales person was not pushy
Meaghan was very professional, was able to answer all our questions plus, I feel, went above and beyond by offering to send us information via e-mail of the couch and loveseat dimensions.

Our rep, Marcia, was very knowledgeable on everything we asked about. She helped us save money on the perfect mattress and artwork which we put on lay-away. We will be purchasing several rooms in the next few months and wouldn’t use anyone else!
I like the greeting and knowing when not to hover. Most other furniture store will hover and the constant can I help you. Ashley didn’t do hover and know when we needed assistance.
The friendliness of the staff. Especially Jim Sims. He was great throughout the process. The computer displays in store to look at stock online was a nice touch.
Michelle who helped stayed right with me as I was looking for a special color for my dining room table. Although we couldn't find one in the store Michelle even took the time for us to see if there was one we could order.
I wll certainly re-visit Ashley for my home needs and will ask for Michelle when I do.

Sales person Dana was great did a great job explaining everything and was patient. Donna was nice-sh but needs to smile more. Finance managers need to be more friendly and understanding.
