Extremely easy, considering i was going to do it all online. It is so hard to do the chat, trying to so it on cyber monday without fail the website would not work. I had to drive to the location to place my order. The prices were about the same. The main difference is shipping and setup is super expensive. Overall items are ordered, i did not get a estimated time frame for delivery.
As always very friendly and responsive to my needs. Always a great selection and really down to earth folks.

The Sales Person (Keith) was not the dreaded "Pushy" salesman. This was the 3rd Furniture Store I had shopped looking for a recliner to replace my husbands worn out one. Needed to match living room colors already present. They had so Much to choose from, I found 2 different ones but needed to bring hubby and measure size of area for placement. W E L L... my husband found "THE ONE" and a Love seat to match which he expressed was a Must Have! We wound up making 3 trips but Keith was the Most Patient and he didn't give up on us trying to make the right decision. So, Yes, we bought both pieces and he helped me with financing (-0% for 12 month pay off), had them delivered and accommodated my chosen time frame. The delivery people were very considerate as to where they parked and unloaded our purchase. They assembled everything and made sure we were satisfied with the arrangement of furniture before they left.
