We feel the Store Sales Associates were very helpful. We were looking for that Unicorn of furnishings, and both the Ashley Main Furniture Store and the Ashley Outlet Sales people were great. We did find what we were looking for at the Outlet Store in Pensacola, FL. Also, we were shopping with a store credit from a Protection Plan that was never used with a claim on the furniture we bought this for. When you haven't used the Plan, they give you the money back to use for store credit after a certain period of time. Very encouraging that they stand behind their products so confidently to return that money. We like Ashley's, and when we need some furniture (we put a lot of furniture into rentals), we always check Ashley's out for our needs.
This was the best buying experience my wife and I have ever had...no run around, straight to what we were looking for and Sara closed the deal ... Made us fill like we were real customers that wanted to buy and buy today we did....Thank you Sara for your friendly manner and professional knowledge of the products...

Keith, our salesman, was wonderful! He was very helpful, professional, nice, and at times, pretty funny! He made the experience great! After spending all weekend in different stores, it was getting old dealing with salesmen. But Keith was wonderful and is a huge asset to your business. In the end, we found a set of couches at Hank's that we felt were just a little better quality, for the same price as the ones you guys have at Ashley. But Keith was wonderful, and we appreciated his help.
