i was greeted upon entrance to store. staff was friendly and knowledgeable. i was in the store about an hour checking out product. store was clean and well organized.

The sales person lived up to the title on her card: CONSULTANT, listened, was attentive, but not hesitant to offer her knowledge about which products would be most suited to my circumstance. Our comunication was a partnership, feeding off the discussion of pertinent details that were shared. I had specific questions about adjustable bed for my invalid wife when she is released from the hospital and the possibility to subsequently add a matching twin at a future date. RECAP: consultant not sales person.
First, I called the store to get some information on mattresses. Luke, a very helpful salesperson, helped me on the phone. When I got to the store and asked for Luke, his sales manager, Laura, helped me while he finished working with another customer. He helped me when he was free. They both were patient and very thorough and helpful.
