Kim Waters was very nice and pleasant to work with. I do not like to have sales people hover over me. Kim showed me all of her oversized recliners, talked with me for a while, sat with me while she talked about the product. Then when I wanted to walk around by myself and go back and forth to decide which I think I liked, she let me be. Seems like she’s the only sales person that can sense when people want to be left alone to decide what they want.
