Thai was fantastic! There should be more shipping options to locations so store and sales associate get the sales! Lost sales because would not deliver to location where furniture needed. Now we have to purchase at closer location and your store and Thai lose the sale after she spent time and made the sale.
The atmosphere was very welcoming. Sales associates are not pushing you to buy like car sales. Shannon was very nice and understanding.
