The sales consultant was pleasant and helpful. This was my second trip, on the first trip I spoke with a different sales consultant who was not working the day of my second trip. I wanted the initial salesperson to get the credit for the sale and the second salesperson said they took care of each other. I like the team feeling as most stores where people work on commission the sales people are pushy.

The shopping experience was great. But, I’ve been waiting for two months for two sofas and a mattress to be delivered. I don’t believe it takes this long to build furniture. I could have built it myself in that length of time. I’m planning to request a refund my next day off from work.
