The store representative Jason was very helpful and answered every question we had about sectionals and beds.
We were taken very good care of. I was shown many adjustable beds so that I could make an educated decisions. More important to me was that I was not pushed into buying something that was way out of my price range. When I said that's more than I was comfortable spending, I still was treated with the same courtesy and customer service and we continued to find something that worked for me. We also bought a couch a few months ago and the same quality service was received then.
Everything went smooth for the most part.

Maybe just have the sales people walk around the area and get familiar with the different type of furniture you have to offer.

Easy to get what I wanted
The salesgirl was very knowledgable and nice to work with. I was very impressed at how Ashley kept me updated on the status of my order. My order came in less than 2 weeks, even though I was prepared to wait a minimum of 4 weeks. Thank you. My dining set is lovely.
