Mike was a great person to work with at your store. My father is going blind and loosing his hearing. Mike knew to explain things in a great volume and showed my father features about his purchase. He even explained the diferences between 3 bar stools for his counter top in his kitchen. Since he just moved into assisted living, he wanted to take advantage of a 6 month % free account. However, the Credit Bureaus did not recognize the new delivery location. So this was a great feature. My father did not understand, and got kind of mad. After I explained, he realized this was a great safety feature. Mike made the entire transaction more agreeable for my father. He added a discount to assist him at this time.

My consultant, Ben Phillips, made my shopping experience fun, fast and easy! I came in to see a sofa I had seen online, but it wasn’t one on display in the showroom, so he quickly directed me to the two sofas that were very similar. I also wanted a comfortable chair to go with the sofa, and he showed me great options. I also like the way the showroom is laid out and the variety of options.
