The sales rep was helpful when we asked questions, but also left us alone to talk.

We should not have even had to come to the store that day, however. We tried to get info through the chat feature on the website. We were trying to find out if the set we have in still available because we wanted to add another piece. After 1.5 hours chatting with virtual, then Heidi, then Chris, and virtual again, all we knew was it was not. But no rep would tell me the name of the set we have or the type of material (even though they were looking right at our account), or if there was anything available using that material/color. It was a horrible experience and epic waste of time. So we had to drive to another city to ask in person.

The guys were great got in and out in no time just hated the point where one time and e-mail said 2:30-4:30, then got another text said 1:30 to 5, then another new time from 9 to midnight I hope when I get my Ottoman, the time of the delivery will be better I’ll order stuff online and it seems like the stuff that I got online got here before my furniture that I got at the store but like I said, the guys were great who delivered it it’s just to keep sending out the emails. I got off work early to come in and I really didn’t need to, so I lost time
