Sales lady was very friendly. I went in looking for two specific couches/sectionals and they were not in the store. She did help me find some similar ones to try out and le the know about sales and returns should I decide to order the one online that wasn't in store.

Charity was great in answering my questions. My problem now to the delivery date. Never in my wildest dreams did I expect to have to wait a month for my delivery. I thought ASAP meant as soon as possible. What I'm getting isn't exactly ASAP. She, however, is checking to see if she can do any better. If she can't I'm sure I certainly will since I have friends coming to my home on October 10 and the person I was donating my furniture to picked it up today. Now I'm in a pickle.

Staff was very helpful without being consuming; i.e., letting me browse to determine what I liked. When assistance was needed, staff was readily available. Good experience!
The person who assisted us was Susie. She was very helpful in our purchase. She made us feel comfortable and right at home there. She made our shopping experience a good one. I feel like she went above and beyond to make sure our purchase and the financing of our purchase was what we were looking for. I will definitely be recommending Ashley’s to my friends and family, and if they are in the Albany area I will suggest they stop by and see Susie there.

The sales associate Ms. Sandra Brown was excellent. After listening to my ideas and somewhat of an explanation of what I was looking for she provided some recommendations and showed me several color choices for the love and couch I finally selected.
She was very patient and understanding and helped me stay within my budget.

My sales person Ginger was awesome. She patiently listened to me, gave me great advice and never pressured me. I love the beige leather sofa set we chose. She was extremely knowledgeable about the stores products, pricing and sales. The store manager also joined in to help me decide. She was wonderful. I am sold on Ashley.
