I love Core Power! The classes are all very challenging and relaxing at the same time - the only thing I wish is that there was a 5:45 class or a 6pm class! I would def recommend to a friend, my boyfriend loved it when he had his 2 week all access!

Love the space--it's within walking distance. Also love the supportiveness of the teachers. They are always coming up with interesting new ideas for classes, and that's super fun to know you'll be challenged and experience a diversity of poses every time.

I am visiting the area and immediately looked up CPY of which there are two in the Charlotte area. Love knowing there is consistency in the CPY experience. Over the past 5+ years with CPY, I have gotten spoiled with the amenities to clean up afterwards so the only reason for the 9 is no deodorant, mouthwash, toiletries and that the lockers were not in changing room. Petty items which have nothing to do with the instructor, just nice perks for someone who showers, blow dries and heads back to work.

I am visiting Charlotte for a week. I normally attend in La Mesa, CA. I was welcomed and experienced the same quality class. Lovely location, easy parking and great studio.
