The first and most important issue is the professionalism of the person or persons performing the service to the customer. I found the person who handled my appointment was both professional and friendly - which will bring me back to Sports Clips in the future.
The second issue is the ambiance of the setting - very enjoyable and a welcome change from other providers.
Though there were lots of people waiting for a hair cut, your staff did not fret and were calm and did a good job as to be expected!
