The self serve check-in and the TV screens obviously cater to men. Touch screen at the front might turn older gents away, but I'm sure is easier the second time. I just needed a cut, so I opted to skip the hot towel service. That was more pampering than I require.

TIANNA IS THE BOMB! She gave me great service and spent time and detail with my hair. She is super friendly and I loved chatting with her every minute. Amazing experience and I will definitely be coming out from Mission every time I need a haircut to see her. Not to mention how amazing the online check in and on- screen wait time is, super convenient.
