Natalie my stylist was excellent. When we approached we were greeted with a smile by a very friendly calm comforting lady who gently advised the COVID-19 protocols - services coupled with the approximate wait time. Natalie was my stylist and she also was excellent in both her level of professionalism and in the very pleasant informative atmosphere she was seeking to create. I am 67 years of age and have had a variety of cuts and experiences all over the United States and Canada. Natalie's cut was the best I have ever received and was far better than I had sought to briefly describe. The overall experience was the very best I have yet to experience and the atmosphere of professionalism with emphasis upon all of this having incurred during the government sanctioned re-opening of business due to the COVID-19 Pandemic is extraordinarily exceptional. Great atmosphere and you get the cut you want. They know how to cut hair. Emily was amazing asking me exactly what I want and how I like to style my hair and cut to perfection. I would return every haircut I get.

Friendly greeting. My first visit, so I didn't know what was offered, but this was quickly and clearly explained to me. My cutter, Emily was very good at asking me what I wanted and explained each step of the process. Very pleased with the cut and my treatment.
