I was a customer of Sports Clip in the past and left after several unpleasant experiences. I was in desperate need of a haircut and decided to give them another try as I was in the area for lunch.
This was a good decision as Anne took me in and made me feel like I was a customer that mattered. I explained to her that I had several bad experiences in the past and she apologized for these bad experiences. Anne was so professional and did an excellent job on my hair and beard. I will be going back to Anne again and would recommend her to anyone looking for a great haircut and great conversation. Thank you Anne, you restored my faith in good customer service
