If you really want to expand your market share I strongly recommend that you offer better incentives to existing customers, like myself, that are happy with their current lawn service to bring you new business. I gave my son-in-law a Christmas Gift last year of a pre-paid Virginia Green Lawn Service for one season and was shocked that there was little to no real incentive for me to bring you a customer.
Give me an incentive and I will bring you new customers.
