You always leave notice of what you have done so I can keep my dogs in. This sounds stupid but you never forget to close and latch the backyard gates so my dogs don’t get out. That is very important to me. Also, after a few visits the weeds in my lawn are practically gone.

You get results. My grass has flourished and the weeds are under control.
Most of my lawn is green, weed free and thick like a carpet. My neighbor has a competitor and his lawn looks like nothing has happen; has weeds, not so green and thin ( I have tried to get him to change to VA Green). I also have gotten customers for you. I do have an area in the back that is partially looking as good; but there are loads of tree roots sucking up water according to your lawn guys who do the treatments.
