Very friendly and relaxing place. Although I don't really like the upstairs studio is called the light studio, it's sort of implies that the yoga done there is less important.
It was amazing being able to relax during this yogo class.
Love the class...Love Leslie... really beneficial...Thank you for being in Redmond!
I felt very welcomed there. My 1st yoga class at 49. Was anxious....but that melted away. Very accepting environment. Wonderful instructor (human being)!
I loved the yoga workshop! It was a nice balance between meditation, yoga, and self-reflection, which was exactly what I needed. Marisa did an amazing job engaging everyone and making us feel comfortable. I loved it!
I appreciate the knowledgeable teachers and the supportive community at Namaspa in Redmond. A variety of classes are offered throughout the day/week in a clean, inviting space to practice in. Specialty workshops add interest and opportunities for expanding mind*body*spirit.
ALL the instructors heat and flow.
Petit’s class was great ❤️
I love the community and environment Namaspa has created—it always feels good to come practice with a group of like minded people. Everyone is friendly and encouraging, basically you won’t find a better place to be ❤️ Try everything at least once! You won’t regret it. 😊
Very friendly and you feel comfortable and welcomed the second you walk through the door.
The Yin and Chakra workshop with Brandy Berlin was fabulous. From the wake up tapping exercise, to the information about chakras and energy channels in the body, and then the yin poses and essential oils which allowed us to drop into that intuitive, below the consiousness place that is so easily ignored in our busy lives, it was easy to follow. The two hour workshop was done all too quickly, but I left feeling refreshed and more grounded than I've felt for a long while. Thank you Brandy and assistants for creating a nourishing, and much needed respite for me and my daughter!
Friendly and personalized to individual need and talent lrvel
Good workout, nice people, affordable
Super friendly to newcomers and have loved all of the instructors so far.
Friendly space, good schedule, challenging classes. Would have specific teacher recs for a friend though - some include disruptive amounts of sound and scent without warning.
Love the staff and the atmosphere!
Friendly vibe
Something for all skill levels.

The yin classes and teachers
Love Jamie Harmon’s class!
The teachers are all excellent! The variety of classes is wonderful. I can choose what I need that day.
I have only been to one class at the time, but intend to continue. It's a good space and the class is what I need for now.
Great class and studio.
All of it!!_
The people are great
The classes at Namaspa are accessible to everyone, no matter your level of experience or ability. The Vinyasa practice is about connecting Mind-Body-Spirit, not just "how much can I sweat how strong can I be". The YTT teacher training classes offered are affordable and accessible, and they are at the same time as kids yoga, making it accessible for parents who want to practice and don't have childcare. The YTT program goes above and beyond learning the practice of yoga- It is a transformative experience that I would recommend to anyone brave enough to take it.
The Namaspa Foundation provides an essential service to our community, bringing yoga to populations who may not otherwise have access, teaching yoga and meditation. These are essential tools for people in recovery, those who are incarcerated, low-income seniors, and of course- children.
There is not enough time to describe how my experience with Namaspa has changed my life. It is truly a community.
Great yoga, super positive environment, kids yoga makes it possible for parents to come in and treat kiddos to super fun day too. I love Namaspa!
Super awesome teachers!!! Love: Jenna Waz, Petite, Kristen L, Linda S and Kelly N the most!
