Love going to Planet Fitness I’m taking advantage of the new personal training they offer. It’s great. A workout based on my age and needs.
I like the amount of equipment and also the price.
Wish they had a big floor fan to stand in front of to cool off when you want to.
Wish the back of the area (leg equipment) to have a ceiling fan or more vents to cool it!
Clean, well ventilated, plenty of cleaning stations. Unfortunately, there are the normal amount of lazy gym goers that don't return cable devices, but the staff cleans up after them so it's only annoying when it's busy and staff can't get over there.
There is great customer service, and all staff always greets coming in and leaving.
The appointments for black card extras are well managed and available, plenty of machines, great dedicated ab workout section. I love the 30 min area for days I want to get in a quick workout. If you're looking for a lot of free weights this isn't the place for you as there are only two smith machines for bench and squats; there are plenty of dumbbells (2 sets of each up to 60lb).
