Availability of the equipment Pleasant employees the cleanliness. The only problem is we need a hit thrust machine in there. Please consider getting one for our planet fitness

I moved my gym from 24 fitness across the road near target. I hated how their bathroom was always disgusting. The women bathroom was smelly and flush was broken , they never fixed it.
The machines were from 1990s, and not enough.
but planet fitness has so many machines, and all the machines are new, and bathroom is squeaky clean.
So I recommended planet fitness to my husband and my friend.
My top reason for choosing planet fitness is the price. Im not super familiar with all the machines and I like that here I can workout and be a beginner.
It’s clean and friendly. Plenty of equipment. Good variety of equipment as well as cardio.

I really appreciated how Daniel greeted me by name. It makes a big difference when the staff takes the time to learn someone’s name and make them feel welcome. The majority of the staff does an amazing job making guests feel invited and welcomed. I really appreciate all their hard work to keep the gym clean and inviting.

It’s big and bright and has a good selection of machines. It has red light therapy. Everything is much nicer than the one I’ve been going to on Alpha in Dallas.

I think you have a good manager at this location (Adam). I've been going to gyms for over 40 years and he's very friendly and positive. This in turn reflects on the overall happiness and work of those around him.
Planet fitness is an outstanding place! The customer service is excellent and everything is so clean, neat and organized. I would definitely recommend them. So happy I chose them! 😊
