Friendly staff, clean carpet, excellent service...continually.
Very good results and employees were very professional and friendly.
The worker was knowledgeable about what he was doing. Any questions I had, he answered clearly and fully. It was a cold and windy day, so he made sure to keep my door as closed as possible, something few people have done.
The technicians were very courteous and polite. Very professional and knowledgeable about the process. Some areas of the carpets required several additional hours drying time. My carpets are very clean and feel soft!

Wonderful service. On time courteous, friendly. Told me everything they were going to do. Placed fans to help it dry faster. Cleaned a small area rug for me and it looks great, as does the rest of the carpet. Technician was so nice and I would use you and him again. Payed attention to details and got into crevices and corners well. I would love to recommend you to anyone.

The men were clean, courteous, and did not waste any time. Everything was moved and replaced by them in a quick efficient manner. They even offered to vacuum the carpets post work. I can no longer smell dust coming through the system, so I know it is well cleaned.
Everyone I dealt with was professional and prompt. They did what they said they would when they said they would. You can tell that ATown is working hard on customer service which is so lacking these days. Thank you for everything.

Daniel is friendly and knows the business of cleaning carpets and upholstery. Very pleasee with the now clean oversized chair and ottoman.
If you find that a rug is a "first time" clean, meaning, it has never been cleaned before, perhaps go over it two times before treating with Scotch Guard. If you did do this, then please let me know. The rug seems a little more dim than it was when I dropped it off so I'm thinking the loose dye didn't come all the way out.

The price was much higher than we understood before they came out to do the job. Given the price that was charged, the price was much higher than the last time we used you.

We are truly sorry you feel that strongly about our pricing. We had a price increase for our services in September of 2014. This was the only price increase in over 6 years. To better serve our customers we must make sure that we have the best trained technicians, the best equipment and the best processes. To achieve this goal it did necessitate us to slightly increase our prices, a $26.52 difference in your case. Since our last visit we now have 3 new vehicles, 3 new truckmount cleaning systems and spent several hours and days training our technicians. I hope that you were able to experience and notice the vast difference in the level service received compared to your last experience with us and that is what we hoped you would rate a 10. I'm disappointed at how much the prices have been raised. Your prices were always high but now they are astronomical. $500 to clean a rug? I could buy a new one for that price. I have always enjoyed your service and the employees I have met. Unfortunately, however, I will not be coming back for future rug cleaning because of the prices.

Dillon was the young man that cleaned our carpets. He was very polite and kept me informed as to what he was doing and why. He answered any questions I had and was very courteous. I think anyone would feel comfortable with him in your home and be very pleased with his work.

Very friendly and professional Service man. Carpets looks wonderful and stains of several years came up except one but 90% improved and I am happy with that.
